A Healing Journey with Bodywork — Together

As the daylight hours lessen we have the opportunity to focus on magnifying the light within. In the wintertime the innerlight can replace the sunlight, shining warmth on the soul. Bodywork enhances awareness of old emotions that can be held in the body in different ways. We may observe the expression of these blockages as chronic pain, discomfort or any physical and/or mental health concerns. As these conditions are adressed together with emotional awareness new space is created for happiness and well being in life. Massage encourages detoxification allowing cell memories and associated emotions to surface. By observing this process we allow them to dissipate.

Experiencing a healing bodywork session in the same room with one or even two loved ones is wonderful and refreshing. It creates space for union and integration of your whole being as well as opening up new space for connection and communication with your individuality as well as a loved one. It is a beautiful way to give and receive simultaneously. Side by side treatments are also very helpful for those who are new to bodywork. With a loved one receiving bodywork in the same room, "first-timers" may feel more comfortable and supported.
