Bus Schedule for Tofino: The Beach Bus & Tofino Transit
Bus travel within Tofino is also available in two variations: Tofino Transit for travel from 'downtown' Tofino to the Tourist information centre at Cox Bay and the Beach Bus for trips to Long Beach, Green Point campground, Wickaninnish Centre at Long Beach, and Ucluelet, with additional flag stops in the Pacific Rim National Park and its trails.Tofino Transit is the local bus that travels from 'Downtown' Tofino to the Tourism Tofino Info Centre near Cox Bay.
The Tofino Transit Bus costs $1 each way and you can travel with a surfboard or a bicycle.
The Beach Bus extends the service to cover the distance from the Tofino Tourist Information Centre all the way to Ucluelet, with stops along the way, from Long Beach Golf course and the Tofino Airport, surf spots like the Long Beach Parking Lot #2, Green Point for access to the campground and the Interpretive Centre at the Wickannish Bay end of Long Beach.
Between the Junction Info Centre and Amphitrite Lighthouse, the Beach Bus stops at the CNN Backpackers hostel, the Surf's Inn hostel, the Canadian Princess and the Inner Rhythm surf school.
