
Feast! Tofino-Ucluelet culinary festival
May 8 - June 4, 2011
A collaboration between Tofino & Ucluelet chefs and restaurants, fishermen, foragers and farmers, accommodation, activity and tour providers, Feast! Tofino-Ucluelet celebrates the abundance of locally available seafood and the sustainable “boat-to-table” practices commonly employed by the area’s restaurants and the Tofino-Ucluelet Culinary Guild.
The TUCG unites a community of like-minded chefs, restaurant entrepreneurs and culinary visionaries whose mission is to work closely with each other and regional farmers, foragers and fishermen to provide, support and promote a unique culinary experience that relies on sustainable farm-to-table and boat-to-table practices and the freshest local ingredients prepared with integrity and passion.
