Tofino Artist Studio Tour
 March 17 - 19, 2009
during Whalefest!
An artists studio is the place where magic happens. The place where inspiration meets action and art is created out of thin air. For a special Spring preview March 17-19, 2009, local artists will be opening their studios twice a month to visitors interested in seeing these creations and the spaces where they are conceived. It's a great opportunity for visitors and locals alike to get to know these artists in an intimate setting and to witness the artistic process.
Original works of art will be on display and for sale and many of the artists accept private commissions. So, when you are looking to expand your artistic horizon, grab your wallet and look for the purple signs around town. The artists will be there and happy to see you. And you might even get a cup of tea!
Dates for Summer 2009 or not determined yet.
Please check back for updates!
