Radiant City, most intriguing for its blurred line between fiction and reality, making the audience question how much of what tv reports is fabrication. Lively, with a musical sequence parodying suburban living and an earnest segment involving two employees of a crisis centre, the film marks another insight and funny journey by this Calgarian director.
