Perhaps the most challenging time in your solar cycle, February nonetheless offers balm and healing with it's Festival of Light on the 2nd - a wonderful opportunity to invoke the "angel of sunlight" in your daily rituals.

Look up the wonders of heliotherapy and sun gazing on the net, or read Daniel Reed's excellent book, "The Tao of Detox". Eat extra chlorophyll-rich greens, treat yourself to an infrared sauna, and install full spectrum indoor lighting at home and in the workplace. Wear red, eat red foods, and keep your inner fires stoked with daily power walks on the beach -- let there be light!
