the letter 'B'Bus travel to Tofino is available with Tofino's own Tofino Bus. Tofino Bus transports surfboards, kayaks and bikes. The Tofino Bus operates one daily Express route between Victoria and Tofino, with only one stop in Port Alberni. The other daily runs are serviced in partnership with Greyhound Canada, requiring a transfer to the Tofino Bus in Nanaimo.

Victoria to Tofino

The Express bus leaves in Victoria at the Ocean Island Backpackers Inn and at Hostelling International's Victoria Backpacker's Hostel, before picking up more passengers at the Victoria Bus Depot.

Nanaimo to Tofino

The Tofino Bus meets the 8:30 am & 12:30 pm ferries from Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) at the Nanaimo Departure Bay ferry terminal. Bus departures from Nanaimo to Tofino are at 10:30 am and 3:00 pm at the Nanaimo Bus depot and at the Nanaimo Ferry Terminal at 10:35 am and 3:05 pm respectively.

Vancouver to Tofino

For transportation to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal on the mainland side, take the Greyhound bus from the Vancouver Bus Depot, or the No. 257 Horseshoe Bay Express bus, operated by Translink from downtown Vancouver at Granville & West Georgia, in front of the Bay or Park Royal in West Vancouver.
