Spirit of BC - Tofino Committee

Tofino has now been granted permission to form its own Spirit of BC Committee. Supported by 2010 Legacies Now and the Province of BC, Spirit of BC is a province wide program that promotes community innovation, pride and excellence, and involves British Columbians in the opportunities arising from the 2010 Winter Games.2010 Legacies Now is dedicated to strengthening arts, literacy, sport and recreation, physical activity and volunteerism in communities. The plan is to create lasting legacies leading up to and beyond the 2010 Games. Funding opportunites are available.
We are looking for representatives from the arts, culture, and education community to belong to an email list serve, whereby information on these programs and opportunities can be sent to the relevant group. Funding opportunites are available now!
