5th Annual Tofino Food & Wine Festival a Huge Success!

Tofino Parks & Recreation, Fall 2007

This year’s Tofino Food & Wine Festival was the event’s most successful year yet. Event tickets sold out in record time. Guest turnout and fundraising totals were both at record highs.

A huge thank you to all the local businesses and wineries who donated to this year’s silent auction. The auction raised over $2,500 for Tofino’s Lighthouse Trail Project and the Tofino Botanical Gardens.

New to the festival this year was the Weigh West & Middle Beach Lodge 1st Anuual Grape Stomping. This event was definitely a crowd favourite and will be sure to happen again at next year’s festival. Watch for info out in the new year about the 6th Annual Tofino Food and Wine Festival : June 6, 7, 8 - 2008.
