Now, in this season of spring-cleaning, is the perfect time to honor the temple of your body. Rise early with the Sun, and take brisk walks. Create a personal spring within via a light diet, fresh greens and young plants. Replace heavy and salty foods with pungent herbs such as mint, dill, basil and rosemary. In the words of Rumi "... grow sweet and fragrant and wild and fresh and thankful for any small event."
