Now is the season when outer distractions are minimalized and, like the leafless trees, the essential structures of life are revealed. The intake of breath and the attitudes we hold form the substructure of our lives, and both may be superbly enhanced with conscious attention.Take time this month to deepbreathe a few moments of each day, and choose a time to regularly become aware of the attitude you are holding and raise it up. Both depth and heighth will be added to the foundation you build your days on and the fresh start you aspire to this year.
